Privacy policy

Your training data — your profile numbers and every logged session — never leaves your device. It lives in your browser's local storage. We do not run our own accounts, servers, or analytics.

If ads are switched on, our advertising partner (Google) sets cookies on your browser to serve and measure ads. In regions that require it, nothing ad-related loads until you allow it.

Three Rep Minimum keeps the following in your browser's local storage, so your plan and history survive a page refresh:

• Your profile: height, weight, age, sex, and unit preference.
• Your progression level, which nudges your recommended reps up or down.
• Every logged session: date, exercise, variation, target reps, reps done.
• Your sound preference and your ad-consent choice.

You can erase all of this at any time: clear your history from the History page, and clear site data from your browser settings. Nothing is copied to a server.

The app calculates your body mass index (BMI) from the height and weight you enter. This calculation happens on your device and stays on your device. It is a general fitness guide, not medical advice — if you have a health condition or are unsure about training, talk to a professional first.

This app may display ads from Google (AdSense on the web; AdMob in a packaged mobile version). When ads are active:

• Google and its partners may use cookies or similar device identifiers to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Google Ad Settings, and see how Google uses data from partner sites.

In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, ads and their measurement stay disabled until you press "Allow ads" in the banner. Choosing "Essential only" keeps ads off. You can change your mind later by clearing your browser's site data, which resets the choice.

Ads are connected to this app through our Google AdSense account. If you press "Essential only" — or haven't chosen yet in a region that requires consent — no advertising cookies or identifiers are set at all, and no ad script is loaded.

The app itself uses only local storage (not cookies) under these keys:

• trainbar.profile.v1 — your profile and progression level
• trainbar.sessions.v1 — your logged sessions
• three-sound-muted — your sound preference
• trainbar.ad-consent.v1 — your ad-consent choice

Advertising cookies, when ads are active, are set by Google under its own policies and are not controlled by this app's code.

Because your training data never leaves your device, you already hold it: export, delete, or take it with you through your browser. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the rights described by the GDPR (access, erasure, portability, objection). Since we store nothing about you on our side, most of those rights are satisfied by the fact that there is nothing to request.

This app is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone — there is nothing to collect.

If advertising is switched on or new features are added, this page will be updated and the date above will change. Material changes will be announced in the app.
